ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

NOVEMBER 28, 2011

12:30 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula B.Keefe, Richard B. Gorden,

                    Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur

1. The Board approved the minutes to our November 21, 2011 Board meeting.

2. The Board reviewed resumes for our Senior Clerk position.  The Board chose six

people for interviews.  The Board decided to hold the interviews on Thursday

evening, December 8, 2011.

3. The Board will hold their next Board meeting on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at

6:00 P.M. in the Selectmen’s meeting room to conduct interviews for the Senior

Clerk position.  The next scheduled Board meeting after that will be on Monday,

December 12, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. in the Assessor’s Office.
